All of us have at a time lived negatively or are still living negatively. There is a lot of negativity within us where people are afraid to express themselves as to being afraid of negative response. Everything that we as human beings do is for ourselves and you can’t afford to make anyone happy if you are not happy yourself. It has to start with you first and what you want in your life nobody can take away from you. Living without negative people in your life can be a starting point. Every time you subtract negative from your life you make room for more positive. Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you. Let go of negative people, for they are the greatest destroyers of self confidence and self esteem. Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you.
- Avoid those that add negativity to your life.
- Avoid those always pull you down.
- Never attempt to satisfy immediate desire by compromising your integrity.
- Avoid those that never give you valuable advice.

This is such a lovely post, and I completely agree! 🙂 The only thing is that for many of us those negative people might be someone we are living with and someone we love, and there is really no escape. So I try to always “fight” that negativity by being positive and joyful myself so that the whole home energy will be lifted, but is hard and it takes a lot of energy!! 🙂
