Introversion-Being different socially

Many people believe that introversion is about being antisocial, and that’s really a misconception. Because actually it’s just that introverts are differently social. So they would prefer to have a glass of wine with a close friend as opposed to going to a loud party full of strangers.

If you know someone who could be introverted or you are an introvert yourself education and support is important. Here is a website dedicated to introversion. “Join the quiet introvert revolution”

  1. I just checked out the website… Now it is on my reading list👍 My personality type is INFJ…I know. I took the test years ago and this was it, then I took it again after all of the abuse and upheaval in my life…it was the same. 1% of the population, and I couldn’t believe I was that different-but I have/am learning to embrace it and find purpose… I really enjoy your introvert related posts!

    • I am so glad you enjoy them. I usually post things that I can relate to and this topic is one of them. I always like to give out resources with the post… What help would I be without them lol. 🙂

  2. Great article – I totally agree that most people treat introverts as anti-social! How great would it be to change that perception…! Thanks for getting the ball rolling 🙂
